Haven't received a email confirming order status for phone

I made a order that sent a confirmation and I did the identification verify but no email about my order and every time I go to the account to check, it's says no account available. What is up with that

Hi, @user_j846q8 that's great you're interested in Xfinity Mobile service. It's growing in popularity extremely fast, and we want you to take advantage! Are you already an existing Xfinity customer trying to sign up for Mobile service?  Or are you signing up for all services for the first time? The following link will give us some eligibility requirements for getting Xfinity Mobile service. You'll need Xfinity internet, and you'll need the primary username on an existing account to subscribe.
