just an FYI, while waiting for customer assistance via chat, customers are told in chat, “your are xx number in line”. it should either be “you are” or “you’re”. i shouldn’t assist xfinity in anything, as i’ve already been scammed by your employees, so it’s fitting that it represents comcast perfectly. Selling promo’s that don’t exist is fraud. YOU’RE welcome.
