Get Local Store Phone Numbers

It’s bad enough that there aren’t many Xfinity stores around but the ones that are around don’t have a phone so you can contact the store directly. It’s crazy to have "valued customers" drive to visit a store, only find out that the product they want is not in stock at that location OR the wait is so long service is impossible. If a customer is traveling and/or without access to internet, calling a local store may help save a lot of time and frustration for customers. Some people don’t want to do mail order because things get lost in the mail, packages get stolen, it may take a long time etc. Some people prefer to have their new device the same day versus waiting for it to come in the mail. This is a very big inconvenience to all customers. Xfinity is the only store of its kind that I know of that doesn’t have a landline in their store and dont care about customer satisfaction.

We are always looking for ways to improve our customers experience in doing business with Xfinity. Additionally, those improvements we look into in improve are through all our support channels, products and services. While I know it can be frustrating not being able to reach our local store, we also want to be sure we have the support we need for customers that are in the store. For phone support, we have our customer service team that can provide support for most questions that would pertain to most concerns regarding inventory. In the future, you can set up an appointment for your store. This way you can plan your trip around that timeframe; as time is valueable. I hope this resource helps.
