Galaxy Watch 7 BYOD

This is infuriating.  I bought a watch from Samsung.  I get the message that it is not compatible.  This is not a new issue and Xfinity seems able to solve it if escalated to the executive level.  What do I need to do to activate my watch on my Xfinity mobile account?
