Galaxy S25+ stolen in FedEx shipment

I have had several calls with Xfinity Mobile Care regarding a stolen shipment for a new Galaxy S25,
IMEI # [Edited: "Personal Information"]
that is showing on my account as received.

I opened Xfinity Ticket #[Edited: "Personal Information"] regarding the device that was stolen out of the box that was delivered by FedEx. I am attaching the police report.
Update: There have been several tickets opened and many customer service reps have told me that I would get an email. And have told me that the stolen phone would be removed from my account and tbe money i paid for the phone would be refunded, and NONE of that has happened. I'm going to keep calling until this is resolved. Police report attached.

This is completely frustrating I am having the same issue, except I had to drive to fedex facility as fedex kept giving me the run around and ended up giving me an empty box, the following are al the steps that are taken:
On the 9th of February after I received a taped (previously opened) empty box, I called xfinity, I was told I could go to the service center to get a new phone, which I tried to do however since a ticket was opened on my case I could not get a new phone, I was then told to file a police report.
I filed the police report and then I texted the information to the agent in the story who assisted me. I also sent the image and information to the service again via a phone call as well, I was told this will take 2 WEEKS and by the 23rd I would have the case resolved if not sooner. I still have not had this case resolved.
