Galaxy phone trade in

I've been a customer with you for over 35 years.cable internet etc .about 2 years ago I left Verizon to get xfinty mobile ,just to save a,whooping 10 .00 $ a month.i just went to trade for a new phone and they didnt take the trade in because it had a little crack in the back .i bought the phone anyways .not even a little discount ...then i find out that verizonand every other company will take a trade in in any condition,plus they give you a smart watch ,tablet etc ...you people offer nothing.why should we stay with you.i wasnt asking to get a phone for nothing   .but not a penny off i give you people over 550 00 a month .i think i made a big mistake leaving Verizon.  Time to switch back,.i know it doesnt matter to you just saying,there is no advantage stayng with xfinity.

@nicton  Thanks for adding to the community. We appreciate it, and know getting the best value from a deal is important. Having any damage makes a device ineligible from being used as a trade in. We can verify that when starting the trade in qualification here https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/trade-in/check-condition. It will ask if there is any damage upfront, and reject the device immediately if there is. It is a strict requirement, but the savings through Xfinity Mobile is still amazing, and we have the latest phones in case you're in the market for a new device.
