Frustrated with Bad Customer Service

Hello,

Anyone know an email address to send customer complaints too? I would like to share my experience with Xfinity Mobile and want to make sure it helps others. I am a 23 year Xfinity Diamond customer and I am so frustrated I am looking to end the relationship. Luckily another provider is in the process of putting Fiber into the parkways of my township and will soon offer service.

My issue started with being told I could get a free Apple Watch while I was with Xfinity Mobile. But it wasn't free. As soon as I received it I was being charged $10 a month. I was mislead and tried numerous times to return it. I never activated it even, yet still the charges came. I decided to move on from Xfinity Mobile and moved all my phones/lines to another provider. I was told during this time I would not have to pay for the watch. Well after the move I started getting notices about missed payments for the watch. I contacted support over a 6 month period 4 times and each time I was told it would be taken care of and I didn't need to do anything. I wanted to believe this but each time I got a notice I called. A little more time passed and I received a notice from a collection agency for overdue payment of $142. The watch was never taken care of.

Each time I contacted support, be it via chat or phone call, I was told it was taken care of. Even if I wanted to pay for it I could not because the device no longer showed on my account after I moved to another provider. In the end I had to pay for the watch I was told was free, that I never activated, and that I never used. My credit will take a hit because I believe the agents that it was taken care of. Seems strange that a Diamond customer that always pays bills on-time would be sent to collections as a deadbeat delinquent with no thought that maybe there was some issue that should be worked out.

I don't think sending an email complaint will likely help someone in the future but I do want to make the effort.
