Free line for a year
- I have a free line for a year from signing up for the Internet And streaming services and no where does it say on any disclaimer that my line is not eligible with an installment plan phone. I entered all my information yesterday for them to do the credit check and I verified my identity and when I went to the cart the phone was there stating that I only owed the amount of the phone payment so it looked like I was approved but I'm being told I'm not eligible for a phone payment plan. Can I speak to a supervisor to see if they can override it to where I can have an installment plan phone for my line o get free for the year
