Yes, I was referring to the Apple Watch which I sent back to Xfinity today. I still say I was misled and defaulted. The Watch required my payment of a $12+ set up fee and another $8 fee which presumably would be charged monthly. Data would be charged against my 1G mobile amount. And I still haven’t seen when the lowered $103 incl tap and fees will become effective, rather than the $183 I’m currently paying. Respectfully I ask when my bill will be lowered. I have been a loyal Comcast customer for nearly 30 years. Thank you.
