Fraudulent charges

Xfinity has been trying for a couple months now to charge me for an s24 that I never received I'm making payments on the current one that I have I've been going back and forth with customer service they've been threatening to cut my phone off and on top of this I have made several payments on this phone that I do not have yet they are trying to charge me the full amount for it I filed a police report also filed a ticket with FedEx yet they still are trying to charge me $879.99 it's about time to go to court
