Xfinity mobile has my iPhone 14 and my iPhone 12 that I sent to them months ago I have not received my credit for the promotional Redemption of my phones and as many tickets as have been open since December 2024, nothing has been resolved I don’t have my devices. I can’t get them back and there’s no one to help resolve my issue. I have asked to speak to supervisors I have opened and less amount of tickets. They have told me that back office is going to contact me and everything would be resolved, but it’s been nearly 5 months and no resolution I need help. I don’t know where to go from here. Should I seek out legal Advice and hire an attorney? This is very devastating
