Fraud on my account

I went in to the Xfinity store in MERRIVILLE Indiana. I bought an iPhone 16 was charged for 2. Now that iPhone is sitting on my account but I don’t have it and it hasn’t been returned to Xfinity warehouse. To top it off my grand daughter IPhone 16e was taken off the account and she hasn’t had service since October 24, 2026. I’m not pay for a phone I don’t have and never had. Why can’t they find this phone? I’m looking at this as fraud until that phone shows up. I want this phone off my account and the situation rectified.
