For the 100th time....Cancel my service!
Why I have tortured myself with this company for the past 15 years is beyond me. I cannot even explain my degree of anger. I am so sick of THE worst customer service known to man. I have posted on here so many times and have NEVER, NEVER been satisfied with the end result of ANY issue and that's ONLY if I actually ever even got contacted. I have spent hundreds of hours over the years trying to decipher and work through issues with these people on live chats only to end in such extreme frustration, no assistance what so ever, and just the biggest run around, time wasting, aggravating experience imaginable. Whoever they have working as so called "Customer Service" agents have got to be the FURTHEST thing from knowing anything about Customer Service. I work in Customer Service. I do Live Chat for a huge, successful company and would never be allowed to behave the way these people do. It is such a deplorable disgrace that a company such as this would pay so little regard to implementing and ensuring that they have top notch Customer Service people, practices and policies rather than the absolute most worthless, unprofessional, unhelpful, unknowledgeable, uncaring and simply pathetic offshores just because they can save a dime. I'm going to spare all the cringy details of my latest experience but trust me when I say, the longer you stay the more you will regret that decision in the end. These people no longer deserve my loyal business, my time, SO MUCH TIME wasted, and definitely not my money. I don't care where I have to go as long as it is not here. I have requested to speak with a manager, an ACTUAL manager, that lives in the U.S., that will CALL ME and not hide behind the keyboard in a chat so they can just end the chat whenever they feel only to be suddenly greeted by some new faceless person who knows less than the last, and I EXPECT and would highly appreciate to be contacted SOON.
