I had a problem with my phone in which I was not able to receive many in coming calls and text messages, I tried to go through the automated troubleshooting system. It made me go through hoops without any good results, as I was going through the process it daunt on me? Why not try reset all settings, resetting all the settings solve the problem.

 Instead of having someone jump through the hoops, the first recommended action should be to reset all the settings.Then see what happens.
