I BEEN CUSTOMER FOR 20YRS I HAVE PAID COMCAST OVER $60,000. My account manager [Edited: "Personal Information"] . Told me she has deal I will get trade in $830 trade in credit. I sent her IMEI for my old Iphone. I told her before you place the Order Send me list orders , model, colors, storage and Trade in price before we place order. She never did . I got phone in like months. She said some was back oders. I was in full communication with her beginning to end. I don’t think I signed any agreements. I got few new orders email from comcast. When time came to send in trade ins. she said you will get return labels from I never got them. comcast except one . I saw Trade in price Iphone 14 $162. You can check [Edited: "Personal Information"].  I told her that she said oh its mistake I will correct. She said I will get over $500 for each phone. She said I checked IMEI’s I did not get any return label for comcast. Now we are 6th week. She told me return labels 2 of them was wrong. At this point I contacted her supervisor [Edited: "Personal Information"] . They both said we will correct . We will contact our director. Its been 4 weeks. I keep asking . They stop responding. All the Trades are sitting at my office. My bill went from $200 to $500. She told me Iphone 17 I will $19 month  now I m getting charged full for every line  Than I Start calling customer service . It take 8-10  min to get through an automated system. Than I got transfers to 4-5 people. They have no clue how the US system works . It takes 1-1: 30 > I have explain the whole story over and over again and again. I cannot afford That I m small business. I have to run a business. Finally nice lady gave me case # [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I don’t know she made notes or not. Other issue my phone reception it does not put calls thru it will say calling sometime it will just go toon toon it will say call failed. I spend 2hrs will comcast troubleshooting try everything . I called apple They ran test and my phone is good. Then comcast tech came out check everything was fine. At this point have no clue what to do. Why I have account she suppose to take care me after the orders . She start telling me call customer service. I m requeting Immediate solution with a week. Otherwise I will have no choice to port my number to AT&T they much better coverage here. They will get me over $500 to $1100 on Trade ins. Than comcast Can send to collection. I have all the email , text message and screen shot of calls. What Chice I have . also I m not happy with Comcast at all. Customer service is Horible No one care about customers. After this email I have no where to go. I have exhast all options.  
 
ALL THIS BEEN GOING ON ALL MOST 3 MONTHS. I HAVE SPENT HOURS AND DAYS.
