FedEx - Stolen Device

FedEx attempted to deliver my iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB & the box was empty. I stopped them before they could leave and informed them I did not want the box due to it being opened and retapped with clear tape; I have photos, which I also provided to Xfinity support along with my police report. I did a police report and informed Xfinity Mobile immediately. Now I have an open case that hasn’t been addressed in 2 weeks. I hear “case manager” this & “case manager” that, but when I ask for a case managers name there are none. The customer service is poor and I WILL be cancelling ALL coverages with Xfinity after this issue is resolved.
