Fedex Not Delivering Phone

I ordered a new iPhone 17 through Xfinity on December 5th. It’s been sitting at the FedEx facility an hour away from my town for five days now. I get updates bi-daily about how it’s “On the way” when it still says the name of the town an hour away. I cannot contact Fedex because I just get set up with an ai responder through call and text.
