FedEx lost my package with my phone

FedEx lost my package with my phone inside. I filed a lost package claim and FedEx sent me an email back confirming they're unable to locate the package which means it's lost. There's a ticket in your this but trying to find an email address to forward the email from FedEx to hasn't worked since the agents don't know them. I want to get the resolved asap so I'm able to actually go in store to get my new phone so this issue doesn't happen again. 

Has anyone had this issue happen to them?
