Extremely poor customer service
I upgraded my account and bought a new phone. A week later I had my doctor's office try to call be numerous times, each time being sent directly to voicemail. Obviously important calls. Since I couldn't count on my phone I had to physically go to his office to talk. Then went to xfinity store for a fix. I figured it would be an easy fix. NOT! The xfinity employee informed me numerous times the problem was on the doctor's side. I replied each time that that made no sense. A doctor's office unable to make calls??? I asked to speak with someone else, but no. So I left the office with a useless brand new phone. Oh yes, I was VERY ANGRY! The only solution i thought I could try was factory reset. Oh joy. So while running through to be sure I wouldn't loose anything I found a bunch of calls blocked as spam. Um, shouldn't the employee thought of that? So I've changed that setting but wont no if what I did fixed the problem until they try to call again. [Edited: "Solicitation and Language"]
