Exclamation marks next to wifi symbol

user_mdyzij Thank you for stopping in for help with the exclamation mark you see on your device when connected to WIFI. The exclamation mark normally means your device can pick up and is trying to connect to the network, but there may be an issue with the connection or login information. 

When you see the exclamation mark and your modem is online and not flashing any colored lights at you then I would try to forget the network information for your WIFI and then reset it back up by locating the network and entering the password. If your modem is flashing or has a colored light, then there is an issue on that end, and you can try the Xfinity Assistant to help troubleshoot your connection.
