Exchanging my phone for a different one
There was a promotion recently where if you make a new account and transfer your number over from a different carrier, you would get $600 off for any new Iphone 15. So I decided to finally upgrade my Iphone 7 plus, but went with the 15 pro because I heard that the pro max was much bigger. After receiving my new phone, I realized that the pro was much smaller than I thought and that the pro max was actually about the same as my 7 plus. So, is it possible to exchange the 15 pro for a pro max and still keep the promotion, or will I have to be content with a smaller phone?

@user_0kykor Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
