eSim

I recently got a new iPhone 17 standard yesterday. I did every possible step to ensure that I can receive incoming calls which the issue still persists. I did a diagnostic and it showed a malfunction issue with eSIM… this is frustrating! I have to go back to Xfinity store again to get this resolved.

Did you get everything resolved with visiting the store with the eSIM and is your phone working? Please let us know.
