Escalation Please - Order Issues / Lack of Resolution
I'm sure there will be a ton of these but I'll try to keep it brief. I ordered the iPhone Duo on 10/16 and received a delivery date of 10/23. I spoke with several agents both in store and online that said I would receive it today. Not only did I not receive the phone but no one can tell me where it is. I've spent probably 4-5hrs on the phone and chats with various representatives trying to find a resolution. I've been told the following things today:
- I'll receive it today. If not today it will be tomorrow.
- Xfinity hasn't received the 512gb iPhones yet and that's why I haven't received it.
- I was accidentally allocated a 256gb iPhone and now need to re-order the correct phone.
- There was an internal glitch with your system that's causing my order to be stuck in processing.
- I need to cancel the order and reorder it or I won't receive the device.
Through all of this, what I've been able to piece together is your system has an internal glitch where it tried to verify my home internet before processing the order. Because of that issue, it didn't give me the $1k rebate and that's why it's stuck in processing. I've asked to talk with a supervisor a few times. Once I was told they'll call me back. The other has told me to call back in an hour to see if they're available.
I've been with you guys for almost ten years and between my personal and business account, given you close to $140k. I've been patient on the phone but would like a resolution. It is unacceptable to me that the reason I bought the duo from you guys is the $1k off and delivery date. Neither has happened and I've been told both are related to your internal issues. This is a simple problem to solve. Please help.
