Error with ss and dob when trying to upgrade my phone

I been having an issue trying to upgrade my mobile,every time I try to check out I get that my SS and or DOB is not correct, I been with Xfinity for 5 years and now I’m going on 2 years trying to upgrade my phone, please some one help or I will be force to switch my its another carrier and get my business somewhere else

Thanks for reaching out to us,  are you the account holder or the manager listed on the account to be able to do the upgrades,  as your information needs to match what's listed on the account when ordering a upgrade for the Xfinity mobile account
