Entered the wrong transfer pin and cannot restart activation process
I entered the wrong transfer pin information during activation and now the xfinty app just goes in circles asking me to activate then says its locked. The number isnt locked i just put in the wrong pin but i cannot go back to change it. Need some help

Hello @user_xxdalx well need to work with the appropriate Xfinity Mobile contacts to work on fixing this issue. When you have a moment send us a direct message. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
