Empty Xfinity mobile package

Ordered a Google pixel 9 pro and had it sent to a hold location since it was missing my unit number for delivery. I picked it up from the FedEx hold center just to find that my package is completely empty and the only thing inside was the packaging paper. You guys seriously need to investigate your warehouse and shipping contract with FedEx, they are clearly stealing customer items and it’s crazy how there are several forums I have found with people who have experienced the same thing as me. I filed my police report, FedEx claim AND contacted Xfinity all in one day yesterday and was only provided an Xfinity code regarding the Xfinity mobile theft claim/affidavit. If I’m not approved for a replacement for something that wasn’t my fault I’ll just go ahead and cancel my Xfinity Internet too while I’m at it because I’ve been a customer for too long to deal with this. All I wanted was my phone.
