My wife and I have separate comcast.email accounts. When I retrieve my incoming messages using the apple mail app on my mobile device or using mailbird on my pc I also receive her emails. How do I stop this? I only want to get the emails that go to my email account.

I have a similar situation, but even more concerning. I was helping my wife fix the third party mail client problem Xfinity created. To do so, I logged in to her account on the Xfinity web site. I found not only her email account, but mail accounts for three OTHER Comcast clients. Hundreds of emails sent and received. They appear to be people unrelated to each other and to my wife and I. Quick searches revealed them to indeed be real people.
I posted to Xfinity Support on Twitter this morning but have not yet heard back. I have a screenshot to supply them with the information on the accounts. Wondering just how far the Xfinity email problems extend.
