@user_3kajcf The standalone app from Xfinity to access email was discontinued. The easiest way to get to your Xfinity email is to open a web browser and go to https://connect.xfinity.com/
You can also type Check Email in the Xfinity app, and once open, press the share button at bottom (box with up arrow). From there you can select Add to Home Screen to create a shortcut for one click easy access.
