Email address for incentive customer service
I submitted a form to receive a cash card incentive in September of 2025, received a confirmation but have not received my card. I have called so many times and have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue. I only switched from AT&T Mobile to Xfinity Mobile for the incentive! The other day I spoke to a supervisor and he said that he would resolve the issue but today I received a voicemail asking for all the information that I originally submitted 4 months ago before closing my AT&T account. The rep spoke such poor English that the email I am supposed to send this info to wasn’t transcribed and I can’t understand her. Can anyone supply me with the incentive program’s email? Thanks for any help you may be able to offer.
