I had to  have my iPhone 14 ProMax serviced at the Apple Store recently. Prior to the service. I backed up everything to the Apple Cloud.

Everything went fine with my recovery in getting my Comcast email back except that I've lost access to my email folders. (I still have them on my iPad and iMac.)

HELP!!

@user_jdli7n  I'm sorry to hear you're unable to review your folders for your inbox. I recommend we start by checking the mail settings for your  mobile device.
