I was [Edited: Language] internet into getting a phone and iPAD - the rep confirmed 3 times that I will be charged ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for 2 years.  Then, comes the devices and the bills.

They sent me 2 phones and 1 iPAD.  Which I returned immediately once I realized I'd been scammed and after hours of customer service back and forth.  Then, another iPAD shows up.  And I can't get it returned.  

The store says I've had it for more than 14 days (but I never ordered it) and told me that customer service would have to give me a return shipping label - but the customer service has transferred me 1,000 times and I was promised I'd get a shipping return label and never got it.  Every rep on the chat just 'hangs up' and another rep picks up and starts all over again.
