Duped for Free iPad from your agents promises made not honored
Okay I’m beyond upset over a year ago I had the most awful service from you guys back and forth with agents and no fix for over a year. Then your internet agent offered a free iPad i asked multiple times no charge correct he replied correct so no charge then I get new mobile charges for the iPad back on chat again to be told the agent should never have offered it so new agent says can you pay for six months then take it off okay I can do that well I’m still paying for a item I never asked for and was your agents fault for saying this was free so can you fix this please I am a loyal customer and I feel taken advantage of
