Dropped incoming calls.

Incoming calls to my mobile phone are being dropped. Sometimes it happens several minutes into a call, other times it happens as soon as I answer a call. I am able to make outgoing calls without any problems. This problem started around two weeks ago. I do have wifi calling turned on.

hawk724 - Hello, and thank you for choosing Xfinity Mobile and reaching out to us for help troubleshooting incomming calls on your mobile device. You've reached the right place! If you haven’t already, here are a few helpful steps you can try to get things working again:

- Turn Airplane Mode on, wait about 10 seconds, then turn it back off to refresh your connection to the network.
- Restart your phone to reboot the device and force it to re-register with the network.
- Reset Network Settings to clear saved WiFi and Bluetooth connections and while you'll have to re-enter credentials; it’s often very effective in resolving cellular-related issues.
- Check Do Not Disturb (DND) to make sure DND is turned off. 
-Double-check that calls haven’t accidentally been forwarded to another number via Call Fowarding
- Ensure your device is running the latest software version, as updates can resolve known issues.
