Dont want mobile
I have a big provlem. An xfinity agent told me the best plan has to have a mobile phone and signed me uo. I talked to a different agent who got me a better plan with no mobile phone. BUT THEY DID NOT CANCEL THE MOBILE PHONE I NEVER WANTED. Xfinity shipped a phone while i am out of town. then xfinity activated the phone WITH NO AUTHORIZATION FEOM ME. I will return the unsused phone on May 5 when back in town. I CAN NOT AFFORD TO BE BILLED FOR THIS PHONE. The chat will not work to let me contact xfinity to fix this!!!! Help now
