DO NOT USE XFINITY MOBIE THEY STOLE MY PHONE
The tracking number shows my device received on 10/29/24 I have spent countless hours on the phone being transferred and told unless they have a credit card number from me they can not access my account. Twice I have found someone who could access my account without a credit card card and said I should have my credit in 2 billing cycles that was November they are infuriating I made a police report but they said it was civil because I sent it voluntarily
