Do not trade in your cell phone to Xfinity...you will get screwed!!!

I traded in my old I-phone to Xfinity for a newer I-phone almost 3 months ago and account still has not been credited...talked to Xfinity reps at local store and to those on the other side of the planet and still no progress despite having proof of phone being delivered and picked up.  Xfinity does not care about its customers and I do not recommend anyone signing up for any of their services.

To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, the name on your account if different, the service address, and the mobile number? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
