Discrepancy between Xfinity app showing phones unlocked and carrier lock:sim locked message on iphones

I recently activated two iPhone 17 pros. The Xfinity app shows the two phones unlocked but the two phones show carrier lock: sim locked message under iPhone settings. I’ve called Xfinity Mobile and also chatted Xfinity assistant the last two days and my issue is still not resolved. Can someone from the Xfinity Mobile unlock team assist?
