no phone came only a empty box and no one is able to help me they told me do a police report then a report to FedEx still no one is able to help me I went inside the  store and still nothing I have to wait till they “investigate”

user_re0l7f Thank you so much for coming to our Xfinity community forums for help with your new Xfinity mobile device not being received. There is a specific process you would need to follow to make sure you get the assistance you need in a timely manner. If you have already submitted your police report information and phone to when reporting the issue to us, a ticket would have been created. Within three to four days of that being submitted, you will receive an email from our Shipping Claims team with additional details on what is needed for your claim. Do you know if a claim ticket was submitted for you? If so, has it been at least 3 or 4 days since?
