Says phone is not compatible it's brand new out of the box unlocked this is the second phone I've paid for and this one I cannot return now I'm out money no one seems to have any answers other than well you can buy from us I'm broke now

@user_bdooz9 What is the make/model of the phone you purchased? Xfinity Mobile sometimes reports a phones IMEI being incompatible when it's actually compatible.

Moto g stylus 2023 and they tell me it's the technology that is different for Xfinity even though this is a factory phone
