I got new phones for my family on a 24 month plan. When I receive the the phone's my bill was 5200 dollars and it wouldn't allow me to pay my regular monthly bill and needed  to pay it in full . I spent hours with customer service trying to fix the issue but them couldn't help. Now xfinity has cancel my service telling me I can go on a 12 month plan and we will lose all are phone numbers or we can wait until the corporate teams will look into the problem in a week.

My wife works from home

and can't talk to hers clients for a week!!!
