Device Unlock CHAOS

I really really dislike u guys. I want my device detached. never had an account. I am the legitimate owner of this phone. I have never had an account with Xfinity. When I called to request a device unlock, the support agent mistakenly linked my personal phone's IMEI to my roommate's unpaid account due to a shared address. Xfinity is now holding my property hostage for a third party's debt. i spent 3 days on the phone with them and finally they promised a code for me. Then canceled it without informing me and no I'm at it again. This company is giving me the worst chest pains lateley, I'm so so serious. I cant handle it.
