Device Promotion Issue

I traded in 2 phones back in October and I received an email saying my phones were accepted and I would receive $1099.99 in credits and $600 in credits towards 2 new iPhone 17 pros. I have no received the proper credits towards my account for the last 7 months. I have called almost every month, I have went in store and nobody can correctly fix my account. This has been extremely frustrating and I need someone to please resolve this issue so I don’t have to call every month and waste multiple hours on the phone.
