Device Payment Plan Statement

I have been trying to get DPP statement since 2 months now, called more than 20 times, visited 2-3 stores, I still didn’t get it yet. Why is it that difficult to get the same statement that you also need when someone switches in to xfinity from another provider, Is this a kind of vendetta?

user_wyt7a1 Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. You can view your Device Payment Plan balance by logging into your account online and following these instructions:

  • Log into Xfinity using a Primary or Manager Xfinity ID.
  • Go to Billing & Pay in the top menu and select View Bill & Transaction History.
  • Select Bill Details to see your current charges.
  • Under Current Statement, click Statement PDF to download and view your full monthly bill, which lists your device installment balance and remaining payments.

Oh no, I am very sorry to hear that there are troubles with the steps above @user_wyt7a1! What do you see when you attempt to follow the steps? Are you not seeing the PDF option? How are you accessing the account?

I wish it was actually that easy, that you made it sound like. Call any of you stores and ask them, Can they do it for a customer, the answer is NO, WE Don’t have the access, call your customer care and they say will say you will receive it in 7-10 business days. And the customer waits foe 10 days, then when nothing arrives, the other agent says I don’t see any tickets raised 😂 I am not sure how Xfinity is trying to stay in market, you don’t deserve to be, you offer the services you can’t provide.!! Your customer care [Edited: "Language"], they push you to go to the store, store says call the customer care.!! I am really sorry for myself that I choose Xfinity, I wish my apartment let me use some other provide I would have removed Xfinity Internet too!!!

I am very sorry to hear about the experience with us, @user_wyt7a1, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. I would be more than happy to investigate the account, and ensure to submit a ticket for our team to investigate.

You don’t want but the company doesn’t care about the customers, and nobody raises tickets there, they just say and pretend, one girl told me that she can’t provide me with a ticket # but she saw the team sending me the document, whatever she saw was a lie too!!
