Device Payment Plan Increase

Has anyone been able to successfully get their credit limit increased? I’ve contacted supported and was told my credit with them is not high enough.

I fully paid off my device a few weeks ago and had my bill set to autopay. I’ve also been a customer for almost 5 years so I’m confused why I’m still stuck at $1000.

I’m looking to get either an iPhone 17 Pro or Google Pixel 11 Pro, which are both $1,099. There’s a $200 promo I’m trying to take advantage of but unable to because of the extra $99 over.

I’ve looked into switching to other carriers and they all have approved me for $2000 minimum. Wondering why xfinity is the only one to keep me at $1000
