Hello, @user_genk20 have you followed these steps to unlock your phone: 

 

 

To unlock your Xfinity Mobile phone, ensure it has been activated for at least 60 days, is paid in full, and has no past-due balance. If eligible, your phone typically unlocks automatically within 48 hours. For Apple phones, no unlock code is needed; they unlock via updates. For newer Android phones (2022 or later), restart the phone after meeting requirements. For older Android phones, you will receive an unlock code via email. Insert a new SIM card, enter the unlock code when prompted, and tap "Unlock" to complete the process.

Here are the steps for major carriers:

  1. Verizon: Call 1-888-294-6804 or dial *611.
  2. AT&T: Follow their online instructions.
  3. T-Mobile: Call 1-877-453-1304.
  4. Sprint: Call 1-888-211-4727.
  5. For other carriers, call their customer service.

Once you receive the unlock code, insert a new SIM card, enter the code when prompted, and tap "Unlock." If issues arise, contact your carrier for assistance.
