Device Credit/Refund not given!
This post serves as a notice that I returned a device on 10/02 that I no longer wanted from Xfinity Mobile and have yet to receive a refund for the credit on my account. I was then credited 287.49 for my initial device trade-in. I disconnected my service and was told I would receive this credit as a refund in 4-6 weeks to my address via check. After speaking with multiple Xfinity mobile assistants and supervisors, I was told the back office team was responsible for it but nothing has been processed. I even let them take the first part of the credit in a monthly payment for which again I had no service. I have no issue taking legal action but I need to know when I will receive this refund if I am. I have been lied to multiple times and would hate to be lied to again. Looking for some help to know if I will even receive this refund and if has been processed.
