Deplorable customer service
Deplorable customer service, shockingly bad. Sales rep had me open a new account as I was an authorized user on my current account under my dad's name, he's deceased. Then sold me a phone with a different number than the one I've had with xfinity for years. She told me she'd switch it to my number, 5 hours later I had to leave for work, she told me to call to complete the switch, 2 hours on the phone still not switched. Eight hours on chat yesterday passed to somewhere around 8 to 10 agents having to tell my story over and over again. All said they were "the last agent" I'd have to talk to, they would send my issue to "tier 2" had me do a "number lock" on the phone over and over again. Then I spoke with a woman on the phone who cared more about my issue not being her fault and was mad at me for being frustrated. I know now why your service is cheaper than Verizon. Apparently I'm the first person to have their phone stolen, because none of your employees are yet to fix my issue. I wouldn't recommend Xfinity to my worst enemy, again deplorable customer service. Hours of my time wasted, but I'm sure you'll want your full payment on time. Please fix my issue!!
