delayed mobile phone shipment hasn't moved in 2 days
A mobile phone was shipped to me on 8/23. It was shipped (via several points) to Colorado on 8/29 and has not moved from Colorado since then. I can't get any traction on getting the issue escalated.

There really isn't anything they can do once it's in the hands of the shipper. Have you contacted them for any updates?
