The balance due on Galaxy Flip Phone has been sent for collection. The name of the collection agency is Credence LLC. IS THIS LEGITIMATE? Is it possible to pay off the balance with Xfinity?
Once paid off will Xfinity unlock my phone?

I can certainly understand wanting to make sure the collection agency is legitimate and knowing your options for paying off the device and getting it unlocked. Is Credence LLC the full name of the collection agency that reached out to you? You can also choose to pay the outstanding debt directly to Xfinity.
