I became an xfinity customer at the beginning of September. I have contacted support several times. My sons phone was not working and I was being charged for two lines as well as two activation fees that I had already paid in store. I was only using one line which was not working and is free with my plan. I should not be paying anything. Inwas told 3 separate times that my sons phone was fixed which it wasn't and resulted in my little boy being left at school because he wasn't able to call me to let me know he had basketball practice and I needed to pick him up. I have now attempted to get my sons phone fixed which it was for 2 days now he can only text. That and they charged me a reactivation fee for a phone that should have never been disconnected. I also requested the iPhone 17 to switch to xfinity mobile and it is not even on its way! Ans they just charged me 27 dollars from xfinity mobile. Where are they getting these numbers??? Plus they are saying my sons phone is an iphone 12 when it's an 8. There billing has been. Way off, sporadic and it's scary. Are tou guys having issues with xfinity? I'm about to pull my hair out.
